# T&A Nordic (darbs-norvegija.lv)

> We connect EU and EEA citizens directly with Norwegian employers, mainly fish processing on Senja and construction trades. We are not a staffing agency: the employment contract is with the Norwegian employer, and the service is free for the worker because employers pay us. Site languages: Latvian, English, Polish, German, Lithuanian, Finnish, Swedish.

Key facts we publish and keep current:
- EU and EEA citizens can work in Norway without a visa or work permit. They register with the police if they stay past three months and get a tax card before the first payslip.
- Norway has no universal national minimum wage. Legally binding minimum rates apply per industry, set by the Norwegian Labour Inspection Authority (Arbeidstilsynet). From 15 June 2025: construction 239.61 NOK/h (new to the sector), 249.00 NOK/h (1+ year experience), 264.32 NOK/h (skilled worker); fish processing 225.96 NOK/h (production) and 240.96 NOK/h (skilled).
- The employers we work with usually pay above the legal minimum: experienced construction trades around 270-300 NOK/h (about EUR 23.50-26), roughly EUR 4,000-5,500 gross a month with normal overtime. Overtime pays at least 40% extra by law.
