We are looking for skilled Precast Concrete Workers to join our team in Tromsø/Storsteinnes, Norway. This role involves working indoors in a production factory, manufacturing various concrete elements for walls, floors, and other structures based on technical drawings.
**Responsibilities:**
* Producing precast concrete elements according to technical specifications.
* Performing rebar/steel fixing.
* Executing formwork carpentry.
* Ensuring quality and precision in all production stages.
**Requirements:**
* Proven experience as a precast concrete worker, rebar/steel fixer, and/or formwork carpenter.
* Ability to read and interpret technical drawings.
* Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
* Ability to work effectively in a factory environment.
