About T&A Nordic

We bring EU and EEA citizens together with Norwegian employers hiring in construction, transport, fish processing and other industries. The employment contract is always between you and the Norwegian company you work for. Our job is to get you to that contract.

Most of our partners and openings are in Northern Norway, around Tromsø and Finnsnes. That's where we are based, and where we know the employers personally.

For job seekers our service is free. The employer pays for the placement, not you. Charging a worker for a job in Norway is illegal, and anyone who asks is someone to walk away from.

What happens after you apply

  1. A chat with TANA

    Our own AI, TANA, may start the conversation. It asks about your trade and the work you are after.

  2. We read it and get in touch

    Our team goes through your application and the chat. If a job fits, we contact you personally. If we do not get in touch right away, you stay on file and we may write a month or two later.

  3. We put you forward

    Your profile goes to the Norwegian employer and we set up the call.

  4. Contract and travel

    Your contract is with the Norwegian employer. We meet you in Norway and take you to your place.

Every application gets an answer within a month.
