In short
The worker profile is your CV laid out the way employers in Norway read it: trades with years, work photos, languages, the CV file and the date you can start. It is free. Fill in the application on this page, then set a password with the same email. Once I have checked your application, companies see the profile, and every change you make shows on their screen straight away.
The profile
What the worker profile is and who sees it
Availability
One switch: looking for work or not, plus a from and an until date. Companies see it next to your name as soon as you save.Trades and experience
Years and skills for each field: construction, driving, fish factory, warehouse, forestry and more. Your main field is the first thing an employer sees.CV and work photos
Your CV as a PDF, a Word file or a photo of the page, plus photos of your work. The first photo is your profile photo.Languages and contact
Languages with a level, phone and age. A company sees your phone and email only once it has been given access to your contact details.
Your CV
Upload your CV in any language and format
Put three things at the top: your trade, how many years you have done it, and the date you can start. That is what an employer looks for first.
Then the jobs themselves, newest first: what you actually did, with which machines or tools, on what kind of sites. "Construction" says nothing. "Formwork and concrete on apartment blocks, six years, in Poland and Sweden" says a lot.
Name your cards and certificates: licence class, Code 95, working at height, scaffolding, forklift, welding certificates. On Norwegian building sites the HMS card is ordered by the employer once you are hired, so it does not need to be on your CV.
List languages with a level in plain words, for example "English: conversational, Norwegian: none". Be honest: the level is usually checked on the first call.
One or two pages is enough. Europass is not required; any clear CV works, in English or in your own language.
Work photos often say more than text: a finished wall, a roof, formwork, your lorry. On the profile you add them separately from the CV, and the first one becomes your profile photo.

There is no name, email or phone in the examples: the profile already has them from your application. Years and dates are only examples.
Availability
The date you can start: availability
The profile has one switch, "Available" or "Not available", and if you need them, two dates: the day you can start and the day you can work until. When you save, companies see the new status at once, with no waiting and no phone call.
If a company already emailed you to ask whether you are still looking, your answer on the profile counts as your reply to that email. If a company had marked you as not available and you then say on the profile that you are available, that mark goes away and the company is told.
Found a job, or going home for a while? Switch to "Not available". Companies see that you are not looking right now, and when your plans change you switch it back.

Your data
Your data: who sees it and how to delete the profile
Companies in Norway that work with T&A Nordic through the HireWave portal see the profile, and only after I have checked your application. It does not appear in search engines.
A company sees your phone and email only once it has been given access to your contact details. I do not sell your data, and I never charge for the profile, the application or the placement.
You can delete the profile yourself: "Settings" has "Delete profile". The account closes at once, companies see that you are not looking for work, and your data is erased within a month.
You pick the profile language: English, Latvian, Polish, German, Lithuanian, Finnish or Swedish.
Questions
Questions about your CV and profile
Should I put a photo on my CV?
On this profile, yes: the first photo becomes your profile photo, and photos of your own work, such as a finished wall, a roof or your lorry, tell an employer more than a long paragraph. The CV file itself can be with or without a photo.
Does my CV need to be in English or Norwegian?
Neither. Upload it in the language you have it in. Employers can open an automatic English translation of it in the portal. If you can write a short CV in English yourself, that helps, because nothing gets lost in translation.
How should I list languages on my CV?
Each language with a level in plain words, for example "English: conversational, Norwegian: none". Be honest: the level is usually checked on the first call.
Is the profile free?
Yes. Candidates pay nothing for the profile, the application or the placement. If anyone asks you for money in the name of T&A Nordic, it is a scam.
Who can see my profile?
Companies in Norway that work with T&A Nordic through the HireWave portal, and only after I have checked your application. They see your phone and email only once they have been given access. The profile is not public.
Who can sign up?
EU citizens with an EU passport, the same rule as for every application on this site. Applications without one are deleted.
