The short answer
Yes, we help with accommodation. Our partner in Norway finds you a room before you arrive, usually in a shared house with other workers and close to the site. The room is not free: you pay the rent yourself, typically 5,000-5,500 NOK (about €455-500) a month, often deducted from your wages. But you skip hunting for a flat alone and signing a contract in a language you don't speak. Pay is up to €26 an hour gross, no Norwegian is needed, and our service is completely free for you.

A room before you travel

Minimum rates set by the Norwegian Labour Inspection Authority (Arbeidstilsynet), in force since 15 June 2025. Full time that is roughly €3,700-5,000 gross a month, plus overtime.

Who can apply
Norway is part of the EEA, so citizens of EU and EEA countries can work without a visa or work permit. A few things need sorting once you arrive, none of them complicated:
EU or EEA passport / ID
The whole legal basis. No visa, no work permit. If you stay longer than three months, you register with the police once.
Tax card (skattekort)
Before your first payslip you visit a tax office once with your ID and contract. You get a D-number and a tax card.
HSE card (HMS-kort)
Everyone on a Norwegian site wears a personal safety card. Your employer orders it once you are registered.
Room and bank account
The room is arranged by our partner. Wages go to a bank account; most employers can pay to an EU account at first.

Do I need a car?
Usually not. The housing tends to be near the site, and you ride in with colleagues. If a car is needed for a particular job, we tell you in advance.
Can I bring my partner or family?

Do I pay a deposit?
A room in a shared house usually has no deposit, or a small refundable one. We never charge the candidate anything, for the job or the housing.
Do I need Norwegian?
No. The work is hands-on and the foreman shows you what to do. A bit of English helps you chat with the crew, but it is not a must.
