What concrete work in Norway is actually like
Norway pours concrete all year, winter included. Winter casting means heated formwork, admixtures, covers and temperature monitoring while the concrete cures: the work doesn't stop, it gets more technical. That takes care and discipline, and it's exactly why the job is stable twelve months a year instead of seasonal.
The second reality: concrete and formwork are one chain. The crew sets forms, places rebar, pours and strikes, and the more links of that chain you can work, the more you're worth. Experience with Peri, Doka or Meva systems is a direct argument for a higher rate.

Is experience required for concrete work?
Experience is preferred but not mandatory. If you have basic construction experience, we will train you in concrete specifics. Complete beginners can start as helpers.
