Carpenter Team (4-8 Carpenters + Team Leader) - Northern Norway

We are looking for a team of 4-8 experienced carpenters plus 1 team leader for ongoing construction projects across Northern Norway. This is a great opportunity for established teams looking for steady work, long-term contracts and interesting projects in the northern part of the country. Responsibilities: - Carry out carpentry work on construction and renovation projects across Northern Norway - Work together as a team to deliver projects on schedule and to a high standard - Follow Norwegian safety regulations and site procedures - Team Leader: coordinate the team on site, plan daily work and communicate with management Requirements: - Proven experience as a carpenter in construction - Ability to work well in a team and travel between project sites - Team Leader: good spoken English to communicate with management and previous experience leading a team - Carpenters: perfect English is not required, basic communication is enough What we offer: - Salary up to 280 NOK/hour (approx. €24/hour) - Ongoing work and contracts across multiple projects in Northern Norway - Free housing - no ongoing rent costs - Arrival and pickup in Tromsø Working conditions: - 48 hours per week - Overtime beyond 48 hours paid in accordance with Norwegian law - Start date: to be confirmed
